Number of Birds: 500–1600.
Visible from one location: 300–1460 (my best!)
Visible from jet boat trip: 500–1500*
Highlights: Best place in world to see 500–1500
eagles from one spot. One hour from Vancouver and 3 hours from Seattle -- but allow 2 days for good birding. Weather can be excellent for viewing. Lots of local motels.

Friday evening 7:30 PM at the Clarke Theater Mission: The SalmonPeople presentation.
Saturday 0800 Start of bald eagle viewing on the Harrision River Events all day
Sunday 0800 Again bald eagle view and events all day.

danger to the nest

I am not aware whether you received my message on nest security. I realize Hornby is a relatively islolated location, but have you given any consideration to the possilble jeopardy the site is in due to the number of spectators? It would be a travesty if something were to happen to the eagles or the nest as a result of the web cam.
